Common Processing Methods for Crystal Medals/Trophies
Crystal—Like a god teammate, it can be alone or cooperate seamlessly with partners. It has a unique aesthetic feeling, and it can also be combined with other materials (such as glass and metal) to create different styles! It can be simple or delicate, suitable for many occasions, a noble and inexpensive choice!
The following are three common processing methods for crystal medals/trophies:
1 Engraving-white matte surface-surface engraving, the white matte surface has slightly concave lettering effect
2 Engraving and coloring - surface engraving, coloring on concave characters, small area single color limit
3 UV color printing - UV printing on the surface can fully present the design color
Custom notice:
1. Chinese fonts should not be smaller than level 14 characters (you can’t use bright fonts, the horizontal lines will be too thin), and English/digital fonts should not be smaller than level 8 characters
2 The line should not be thinner than 0.3mm, otherwise it may appear blurred or even impossible to engrave
3 black crystal must be golden
4 It takes 5~7 working days after the draft is completed
